David Civetti, BBA With a degree in Marketing and General Management and working as an entrepreneur for 35 years, David is no stranger to sales or business operations. He began working in graphic design for print in 1989.
The need to put print materials on the web moved his career into web design during the 90's. The web is a dynamic environment, so David began working with web enabled databases to provide dynamic page content using MySQL and PHP.
According to David, "Databases are the wave of the future, and database reporting is how we turn all those bewildering facts into meaningful information." To that end he began working with programming, SQL and took courses in Oracle.
David is MOS certified and currently serves as an contract instructor for the University of New Mexico Division of Continuing Education, and has been teaching there since 1997. During that time he has created new program offerings, one of which is an entire training track consisting of six course levels which required producing three training manuals and related handout materials. He has served thousands of students and his evaluation ratings have remained over 90%.
Perhaps his application breadth is better appreciated by looking at a list of courses he has been asked to teach during that time.
